We’ve made a commitment lately to make sure all of our new designs are mobile responsive. Most of our clients have jumped right on board and want to make sure their site is accessible to mobile users. Why is this so important?

For starters, mobile usage is climbing and a growing number of web users are browsing websites on a smart phone or mobile tablet. Current stats show that nearly 20% percent of all web users are actually on mobile devices.

What does this mean to you? If your current website is not mobile-friendly, then many of your visitors are not having the best experience possible on your website. This means you are missing out on a large segment of customers. If your site is flash-only, then you truly are alienating these customers because they cannot see any of your website information. If your site is non-flash but it’s also non-responsive, then your potential customers are still not getting the best experience when visiting your site.
