Tech & Tutorials

Option #1: Download the free Gmail App

The easiest way to use G Suite email with your iPhone is to download the free Gmail App from the App Store. Search the App Store for Gmail, or click below:

When you open the app, you’ll be prompted to log into your account using your email address and password. Once you do that, you’re all set.

Option #2: Use iPhone’s built-in Mail App

You can also set up G Suite email with iPhone’s built in Mail app if you prefer. Locate the Settings app on your iPhone and open it.

Now you can decide if you want to sync this G Suite account with additional services like Calendar and Contacts. If you only want to receive email on your iPhone, then toggle off the other options and hit save.

That’s it! Now when you open up the Mail app on your iPhone, you’ll be able to receive and send emails from your G Suite email account.
